3. Recording Consent & Legal Compliance

You agree to the following when uploading any recordings:

  • —All parties involved in any recording must provide informed consent prior to recording.
  • —You acknowledge that recording laws vary by jurisdiction, including one-party vs. all-party consent laws.
  • —You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws regarding recording, privacy, and consent.

Harmony Map does not verify consent and assumes no responsibility for unlawful recordings.

4. User Responsibility

You agree not to use the App:

You are fully responsible for:
